CLOUD NINE
As the new year unfolds new powers emerge with it. A figure that has been lurking in the shadows has finally revealed itself and the whole area of Cloud Nine is quaking with fear. Most won't admit it, but no one has the courage to confront him. He's powerful like no one has seen before and he doesn't hide in the shadows like Lucifer and Eris did. Aleron is the newest threat to safety here and he has his own people who are equally scary. Few believe it, but there are vampires hidden among us. They do Aleron's bidding, if you're turned by one of them you become one of them. It doesn't matter if you're a were or not, you turn into a full vampire and loose all ounce of were inside.
Along with Aleron showing up it seems a strange veil has come over the land and new powers are discovered. The Band is getting along well and it seems though they are considered thieves no one has an issue with them policing the lands. They will take charge and get to the bottom of even a small issue to make sure things will remain as peaceful as they can everywhere, even the city. And that isn't all, they have dicovered their own share of powers. Not as many as Aleron, but they each have a power corresponding to their shift. Jonas, being a raccoon has the power of stealth, he can shift light slightly to keep himself hidden. Alex, being an eagle can control the wind, and so on. (If anyone has questions about their member's power please PM me)
Other have come into their own powers too, few, but still enough to notice. Humans, weres, and wolves alike are confused and some frightened of their powers.
Members eligible for their characters to have powers are active and actively post with that character. They are allowed to choose their own power, within reason, and our Staff will have to approve of it. If anyone wants their character turned to a vampire or they think they are active enough with the character to get it powers please PM Nashua and she will make sure it is brought up and give you an answer ASAP. This is Uptown Chuchotement City, but they've adopted the name "Uptown Gleichheit" for "Equality", though this is a very rich part of the city. There are mansions and even some haunted mansions aswell as grand hotels with pools and some medium but rich houses. Were wolves are killed on sight here, or if befriended, quickly shooed downtown or into the woods "Where they belong." You have to be wealthy to live here, or keep slumming on the side streets.
This is the center of Chuchotement City and called "Cielo" because it's where all the humans stay and fight off weres the most. Ceilo means "Heaven" and were wolves only come here in disguise as a normal human. There are schools and the biggest park in the city with a big fountain here. Everything else you can imagine for a human is here too. This city is huge and weres are just NOT safe here if they are caught. There are even a few scientists surviving from the last century still testing on the weres...
This is Downtown Chuchotement that's rumored to have been attacked by a pack of Weres; it was ruined. However, the assault was recorded as a fire. Sadly there wasn't enough money to rebuild, so the buildings remain in ruins...to those who have an excellent sense of smell, the ruins smell of blood and ash...A ghost town is what the humans call it, and few houses have been restored and used, but those who live there live in fear of were-wolves.
First things first, Pluie Noire means 'Black Rain' in French. It's a lush forest, with a few different streams running through it. The streams are crystal clear and ice cold, and are very pleasurable to drink from. The area is mainly flat, though there are a few hills. Most of the trees are oaks, and there is alot of undergrowth for smaller prey to hide in. On the outskirts of the forest, there is a large field, surrounding the entire area. Most of the field consists of lush, green grass, but there are some patches of wheat like grass.
The Evanesced Falls hold perhaps the greatest beauty out of all the lands in Cloud Nine. They are Godely falls, pouring mysteriously from the dent in the land. The water evanesces with charm and spirituality. There's nothing like it. All the caves here are made by Mother Earth with comely crystals, reflecting their gorgeous lights from Lady Luna who shines out of the darkness nearly 24/7. Their sunlight hours are quite unique and unsparring. It's one of the finest places one could live, and Skye is probably the most generous Leader there could be. She keeps prejudice out of her lands. Were-wolves and wolves are welcome here. Some say she even secretly helps The Band, which is why(though it's the sweetest group of wolves and weres) other packs are disgusted, believing rumors that haven't been proved...

Rinji means peaceful forest. This particular forest suits it's name very well. It is a white skeleton of a once-great forest, until flood came long ago, and all the tree died. Despite this, it is beautiful, serene place to live. Wolves here live mainly on small prey, such as mice, voles and rats, and birds when they can catch them. The ground here is flat, soft and earthy, sometimes extremely crumbly. However, in the winter, this territory can get horribly cold, and a frosty crust will form on the surface on nearly anything stationary around. The few live trees left are fir and evergreen, adding a bit of colour to the otherwise white forest. The Rinji Forest has a kind of mysterious, haunting beauty about it that some people find irresistible. Weather here is very extreme, hot and sunny in the summer, and freezing cold and icy in the winter.
It is mainly autumn in the Shattered Dreams territory and the leaves on the trees are almost always orange, yellow, red and brown and the ground is usually littered with smaller leaves from either the trees or the bushes on the ground. The nights get slightly colder and in the winter time the wind picks up in temperature and it always seems brighter on the trees tops, but it’s a little darker under the canopy. Leaving enough shade for everyone and a tolerable temperature to wear anything outside.
The OC accepts both were-wolves and normal wolves. Weres tend to have higher ranks and more privileges, unless you prove worthy. Due to the cheif's frequent changes in personality, the OC is made up of all three alliances.
As for the physical description, the area is always cold, but exceptionally chilly curing the summer. It snows yearly, and rain comes often. The trees range around a couple fifty feet or so as they surround an under-sized stream of freash water. They really don't have much of a food selection, owls are constantly out because of the dark scene. The only animals, besides wolves, you see are rats, owls, birds, and when you're lucky; foxes.
A Cold desolate forest with tall Pine trees that are very close together forming a very dense forest. It is very cold here and howls are sometimes heard coming from this forest. Is it just imagination? Or is it truth? Do you dare try to find out? Those with evil intentions Like to stick around the lake that is said to be a myth. A wonderful place to stay on a hot day, but mark these words: You may be forced to stay longer than you intended.
The beach has a vast shoreline, more to the West. It is huge, and right by the Forests. From the forest, it suddenly breaks into sand and a beach. Unexpected really, only like 30 feet from the shoreline. The waves are larger during the Spring and Summer. A prized place during the Summer time, actually. The sun doesn't always shine here, often rain is brought from this place, but good days are the best times. A large amount of ocean rocks, and even some ocean cliffs line the ocean. The rocks are dangerous unless in the shallow zone. Ocras and Great Whites love it here, since seal grounds are everywhere here.
This place is a tranquil place of beauty and of calm relaxation. There is long wheat and grass that makes it easy to hunt in, since you may scrouch down and stalk like that. It is probably the hunting spot in the lands. It is best during hunting season, but it's pretty much lifeless during the winter. All the deer have moved out by now, and all the mini dinners are in their holes to sleep. The surroundings are all pretty muchs browns: Brown leaves all year, brown grains all year, amburned. Even leaves on the trees here are mostly brown. Green weeds and stuff do, though, grow here. This land takes up almost 20% of Breathe's forests.
This is another of the many forests of Cloud Nine. This forest in particular is in the range of many force breeders. The thick growth of tall trees makes it almost impossible to see through and extremely easy to get lost. The forest expands over very many miles. It is said that deep at the back edge of the forest there is a canyon. No life is said to exist in the forest, but is that true? Though this is land for loners of no packs, this is not a favorable place to be. You've been warned. FB/Murder Warning
Lying in the deep realm of the forests it this abandoned castle. The grounds of the castle are enclosed by an old stone wall that reaches at least two persons high. It is built across the river that runs through the territories. It is nearly impossible to get inside the grounds unless you have the key to the gate, which is perfect for it's current residents. The Band resides here, unknown by all as it is hard to find the castle in the first place.
This is where you may buy & spend with tickets. You can buy anything from graphics to dens!!! w00t! Lol^^;;; Oh, also: This place is guarded by mutated hand puppets and really rotten cereal. I suggest you don't try to trick anyone^^
